编者按：2018年6月22日，我会医学委员会前主任、陕西省人民医院焦富勇教授和我会医学委员会组织召开了“榆林市九国国际医学研讨会”，与会各国医学界代表达成《榆林宣言》，宣言致力于促进“一带一路”沿线国家医学合作与交流，造福儿童及人类健康。多年来，我会医学委员会坚持对外交流与合作，是陕西省译协的对外名片之一。

榆林宣言
为了促进“一带一路”沿线国家的医学合作与交流，中国、俄罗斯、蒙古、波兰、匈牙利、韩国、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔、泰国九国医务人员2018年6月22日在榆林举行国际医学研讨会，并发表宣言如下：
一、出席榆林国际医学研讨会的九国医务人员将在会后保持联系，互通有关医学研究及临床诊断治疗的新知识和新方法，让国际先进医学知识和技术造福儿童及人类健康。
二、九国参会医务人员将尽全力开展学术研究，提高技术水平，为提高人类及儿童健康水平而团结合作。
三、促进九国医护人员的学术交流，为本国与“一带一路”沿线国家医疗卫生部门的医学研究提供科学信息和数据。
四、在适当的时候讨论举行九国及“一带一路”国家第二届医学研讨会议，开展本国传统医学与现代医学相结合的合作交流及研究工作，造福儿童及人类健康。
Yulin International Medical Seminar of Nine Countries
Yulin declaration
In order to promote medical cooperation and communication of the countries which are along “The Belt and Road”, The medical staff of nine countries -- China, Russia, Mongolia, Poland, Hungary, South Korea, Pakistan, Nepal and Thailand -- held an international medical seminar in Yulin in June 22nd, 2018 and issued a declaration as follows:
1. The medical staff who attend Yulin international medical seminar will keep in touch after the seminar and exchange new knowledge and new methods of medical research and clinical diagnosis and treatment, in order to let international advanced medical knowledge and technology benefit children and human health.
2. Medical staff from nine countries will do their best to carry out academic research, improve their technical level and unite and cooperate with each other to improve the health level of human beings and children.
3. Promote academic exchanges of medical staff of nine countries and provide scientific information and data for medical research of its own country and countries along “The Belt and Road”.
4. Discuss to hold the second medical seminar of nine countries and countries along “The Belt and Road” at the appropriate time. Develop domestic cooperation and research work of traditional medicine and modern medicine to benefit children and human health.
